Former Dynamo Kyiv coach Serhii Rebrov told 1+1 Breakfast programme when he would take over the national team of Ukraine.
Sergey Rebrov- "We are currently resolving this issue, as the contract with Al Ain runs until 30 June. Therefore, we have not yet finalised all the issues with the contract. However, tomorrow I am going to Kyiv and probably on the 6th, in the morning, I will be in the capital of Ukraine. I believe and hope that we will finalise all the issues with Al Ain. So yes, if everything goes well, I hope we will sign a contract.
The national team of Ukraine is a very big responsibility, so indeed, I have started working with my staff and have been preparing for the June games for several weeks now, as it is very important for our country. Especially at this time, so that the national team represents our great country. I have been preparing for some time. We have already agreed on everything in principle, only Al Ain's permission is required and there is nothing to discuss," said Rebrov.
