The match of the 30th round of the Ukrainian championship against Metalist 1925 (1:1) was the last one as a Dynamo player for goalkeeper Denys Boyko.
Photo: Oksana VasylievaThe 35-year-old goalkeeper came on as a substitute in the 88th minute for Heorhiy Bushchan, receiving the captain's armband, and after the final whistle he was able to publicly thank his teammates and everyone involved for his years of performances with the White and Blues. Denys's contract expires and he leaves our club as a free agent.
During his time with the Kyiv club, Boyko played 108 matches in all tournaments between 2005-2014 and 2018, becoming the champion of Ukraine once, twice the winner of the Cup and three times the Super Cup of the country.
We thank Denys for the years he spent with Dynamo, appreciate the goalkeeper's contribution to the team's success and wish him success in his future career.
