"I am surprised by this decision, but Neymar is not part of our plans. I like Ney very much as a friend, but we have different priorities.
We need to strengthen with two players in the midfield. I lack players in this area, and with Busquets leaving, we also need a full-back," Xavi said on the Jijantes FC Twitch channel.
