- "I think this was Declan's last match in a West Ham shirt. We promised him that he could leave the team. He decided to leave. You can't stand in the way of someone who has done so much for the club this season," said David Sullivan.

We would like to add that Declan Rice has been defending the colours of West Ham since 2017. During this time, he has played 248 matches and scored 15 goals.

We would like to remind you that in the final match of the Conference League, West Ham defeated Fiorentina and won the trophy.
