Ivan Ordets: "Of course I want to play for the Ukraine national team, but I cannot call myself up there".

Bochum defender Ivan Ordets said he would like to play for the Ukraine national team.

"Of course I can, I'm ready to play for the national team. I want to, of course. But I can't call myself up there. It depends on the head coach. If he sees fit to call me, he will", said Ordets in an interview with Roman Kademin for THE GAME Youtube channel.

The 30-year-old last played for the Ukraine national team on 27 March 2018. He moved to Dynamo Moscow in 2019. After that, he was not called up to the national team.
