Famous Ukrainian coach Vyacheslav Grozny expressed his opinion on the transfer policy of Dynamo Kyiv.

- It was Dynamo Kyiv that was the first of the UPL's leading clubs to start football Ukrainisation. And many of Dynamo's players are already playing abroad. Vitalii Mykolenko, Ilya Zabarnyi, Roman Yaremchuk, Viktor Tsygankov. Kyiv has long adapted to the development vector of its youth. In 2017, they sold Andriy Yarmolenko to Borussia Dortmund. Viktor Tsygankov took his place. "Dynamo was ready for this, ready to let go of their leader. Then came Vitaliy Mykolenko's transfer to Everton. Already this year, Tsygankov left Dynamo. A little later, Ilya Zabarnyi also left.
