Vatnhamar and G. Vatnhamar came on for S. Radosavlevic and B. Hendricksson respectively. Albania also made two more substitutions in the 89th minute: T. Seferi and K. Aslani replaced A. Sadika and K. Bare respectively. But it was Albania who had the final say in the match, scoring E. Muchi in added time to ensure a 3-1 win over the Faroe Islands. This victory was a hard-fought one for Albania, showing resilience and determination to come out on top.
