French side Marseille have announced the appointment of Spain's Marcelino García Toral as their first-team head coach.
The 57-year-old has replaced Igor Tudor, who has left Marseille following the 2022/23 season.
The Provençal manager has a great track record, having worked for Sevilla, Valencia, Villarreal, Zaragoza and a number of other clubs. Toral's last job was at Athletic Bilbao, where he left last year.
It should be recalled that Ukrainian international midfielder Ruslan Malynovskyy plays for Marseille.
