It's official. The general meeting of the Ukrainian Premier League participants took place

A general meeting of the members of the Premier League Association of Professional Football Clubs of Ukraine took place in the Football House in Kyiv.

The meeting approved the results of the All-Ukrainian football competitions among the teams of UPL clubs in the 2022/2023 season (Premier League, U-19 Championship), taking into account the latest decision of the UAF SCC regarding the match of the 30th round between Minaj and Zorya (technical victory of the Transcarpathians - 3: 0).

A decision was made on the composition of the UPL participants for the next season: Ingulets (Petrovo), Metalist (Kharkiv) and Lviv dropped out, while Polissya (Zhytomyr), Obolon (Kyiv) and LNZ (Cherkasy) joined the ranks of the elite division.

Representatives of the UPL clubs discussed and supported the idea of forming a working group to reform the U-19 championship.

The meeting participants approved the UPL calendar for the 2023/2024 season, according to which the base date of the 1st round is 29 July. In the first part of the season, 17 rounds are scheduled to take place (the base date of the 17th is 9 December), in the second - 13 rounds (the base date of the 18th round is 24 February 2024, the 30th round - 18 May).
