Dinamo and Luxembourg midfielder Jerson Rodriguez, who has been on loan for a long time, has received an offer from Turkey's second division.
The 28-year-old Luxembourgian is of interest to Kocaelispor, the Ozgunkocaeli website reports quoting the Nokta newspaper.
