Konoplyanka found an unexpected option to continue his career

Ukrainian midfielder Yevhen Konoplyanka may continue his career with Malaysian championship side Trenganu. This is reported by Majoriti.

Tomislav Steinbrückner, the head coach of Malaysian side Trengan, said that he had been offered to sign Konoplyanka.

"I was very surprised when the agent offered me the services of Konoplyanka, who is really famous in Europe. I'm not sure if the agent was really serious, but that's one of the names I was given. We will be happy if we get Konoplyanka, who is also a great winger and can play as an attacking midfielder. But it is up to the management to negotiate with the agent," Steinbrückner said.

As a reminder, Konoplyanka is currently a free agent. The footballer recently left Krakow, which did not want to continue cooperation with the player.
