Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has been granted free agent status, BBC reports.
The Spanish goalkeeper's current contract with the Red Devils expired on 30 June. The contract had an option to extend it for another season, but the parties failed to reach an agreement. At the moment, de Gea is considering a new offer from MU.
Last season, de Gea won the Golden Glove for the most number of clean sheets in the Premier League.
