Aleksandr Khatkevich: "Belarus is no longer Belarus, but a province of Russia".

Former coach of Kyiv Dynamo Oleksandr Khatskevich commented on Belarus' involvement in the war.

"Belarus has long been under Russia, everyone knows that. But the fact that troops were coming in from there after the made-up exercises - it's not just pain, it's disgust for the current government.

Under the pretext of some military exercises the authorities provide their territory for the aggressor to attack your neighbour, who has done nothing bad to Belarus.

They have provided their land, their airports, their capabilities to attack Ukraine. Belarus hasn't been Belarus for a long time, but some province of Russia. It's just that no one talks about it officially," Khatskevich said in an interview with Sport Arena TV.
