Oleksandr Khatskevych: "Dynamo haven't had a forward like Vanat for a long time

Former Dynamo coach Oleksandr Khatskevych shared his opinion about Kyiv forward Vladyslav Vanat.

"I didn't catch Vanat either, he was in the youth team. Now maybe it's time. Now the championship level is not so high. But you can see that he has matured, that he understands how to act in his position. It has been a long time since we had a striker who can create a moment for himself and convert it. It is great that there is such a guy.

Everything needs time. Because many used to give advances to Rusin, but we can see that he is not a striker. He can either play left or right. At one time he proved himself at Zorya, and then he did not succeed. He returned to Dinamo and did not play under Mikhailichenko, he did not play under Lucescu, he did not play in Poland either. Now he is the leader of Zoria and is invited to the national team - well done. They had high hopes on him too, but he is not a centre-forward.

Now there is a centre forward like Shatskikh, such light guys. It is a typical striker for Dynamo. God willing, he will be useful for Dynamo, his goals will allow the team to get points and he will grow together with the team", said Khatskevych in his interview to Sport Arena TV.

Толковое объяснение.. Согласен, что давно в Динамо такого парня не было. Он играет агрессивно, ищет момент, и с реализацией у него что-то получается. Дай бог, чтобы заиграл по-настоящему.
