Georgy Sudakov tops Euro 2023 (U-21) scoring list

The Ukraine youth national team midfielder Georgy Sudakov topped the scoring list after scoring a brace during yesterday's 3-1 loss to France at U-21 EURO 2023.

The 20-year-old Ukrainian has now scored three goals in this European Championship, a tally not matched by any other player in the tournament. Nine players have two goals under their belt, but only five of them continue their European Championship appearances.

It must be recalled, the Euro 2023 (U-21) semi-finals will see Spain v Ukraine and Israel v England.
