Former Chelsea defender and captain John Terry has announced his return to the club in a new role. He will work in the club's academy.
Terry had been on Dean Smith's coaching staff at Leicester since April this year. However, after the team were relegated from the AFL, he was out of a job.
It should be recalled, Terry is a pupil of Chelsea and spent 19 years of his professional career at the club. He only left the club on loan to Nottingham Forest in 2000 and spent the final season of his career at Aston Villa, where he later worked for three years as assistant head coach.
