Former Ukraine head coach Andriy Shevchenko has received an offer to lead the Bosnia-Herzegovina national team, journalist Lorenzo Lepore has tweeted.
According to the source, the sides held the first round of talks, during which they discussed the terms of possible cooperation.
It will be recalled, Shevchenko led the Ukrainian national team from 2016 to 2021, taking it to the final part of Euro 2020, where the "blue-yellow" reached the 1/4 final. The 46-year-old then briefly coached Italy's Genoa and has been out of a job since the start of 2022.
