The FIFA Disciplinary Committee did not recognise Dnipro-1 as the sporting successor of FC Dnipro.
The FIFA Disciplinary Committee did not recognise SC Dnipro-1 as the sporting successor of FC Dnipro and closed the disciplinary proceedings against the club, which were opened at the request of footballer Anderson da Silveira Ribeiro (Anderson Pico).
As a reminder, in February 2021, a similar decision was made on a similar application by footballer Jaba Kankawa.
