As previously reported, Belgian Anderlecht is one of the contenders for the midfielder of Kyiv Dynamo Justin Lonwijk, who does not want to play in Ukraine in the upcoming season because of the war. According to Dynamo.kiev.ua, the head coach of that team Jesper Fredberg is very interested in the services of the 23-year-old Dutchman.
The 42-year-old has extensive experience of working with Longwijk. It was on his initiative the player moved to Viborg led by Fredberg in 2020 and spent two years with the team. After that the midfielder moved to Dynamo.
Now Fredberg sees Longwijk as a reinforcement of Anderlecht for the next season and insists on the need to lease him for one season with the option to buy after the expiration of the lease agreement. At the same time, the player himself is interested in working under the specialist he knows well.
It should be recalled that Lonwijk is linked with Dynamo on a contract until the summer of 2027.
