Defender Oleh Danchenko, the management of Luhansk Zorya and Greek side AEK have agreed to extend the player's loan.
According to the Luhansk club's press service, the 28-year-old will play in Ukraine for at least another year.
As a reminder, Oleg suffered a heart attack and clinical death during training in winter, but has now fully recovered.
