Everton midfielder Dele Alli has admitted that he has been addicted to sleeping pills for some time.

Usually people drink for pleasure, but I was trying to escape from something or pursue some other goals. Obviously, it does you a lot of harm. I was addicted to sleeping pills. I think I'm not the only one who has faced this in my life. Even in football. Maybe my revelation will help people.
Don't get me wrong, but the pills do work. With our schedule, when you have to get up early in the morning and go to training. With all the adrenaline, it can be difficult to fall asleep, so taking a pill to wake up the next day is no big deal.
