Two trucks with food left the Dynamo base for the frontline

For more than 500 days now, an unprovoked, unjustified and criminal war unleashed by Russian aggressors has been going on in Ukraine. To bring the long-awaited victory closer, every Ukrainian finds a way to help our military. They need support day in and day out, so it is important not to stop for a minute to provide our defenders with everything they need.

Dynamo Football Club and the Surkis Brothers Foundation continue to do their best to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine by regularly sending useful goods to the frontline and responding promptly to the urgent needs of the soldiers. The club responds to requests from various units and formations in a timely manner, financing the transfer of vital items to the frontline for the Armed Forces. After all, assistance to the defenders of Ukraine during the brutal war unleashed by Russia must be constant.

On Thursday, 13 July, FC Dynamo Kyiv initiated the transfer of two more food trucks to our military. They immediately went to the most important areas, including the frontline. Dmytro Brief, the vice-president of the club, commented on the event:

- "Today we are sending almost 40 thousand kilograms of food to the military, including portioned rice with special additives. FC Dynamo Kyiv and the Surkis Brothers Foundation are sending this cargo to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to the relevant units, which, among other things, serve at the front line. This is not the first consignment of goods sent to our defenders. In particular, Ukrainian soldiers have already received several thousand tonnes of food and hundreds of tonnes of personal care products to help them defend our country at the front.

Undoubtedly, the Surkis Brothers Foundation and FC Dynamo Kyiv are making every effort to provide our military with everything they need. We are very grateful to the defence forces for their contribution to the defence of Ukraine, for the fact that we can work and promote football. Together with all citizens of Ukraine, we expect victory in the near future, we believe in it and will continue to help our defenders in any way we can.

I would like to note that we support our military not only with food and personal care products. Recently, we have donated more than ten cars to the Armed Forces, as well as special vehicles, including a boat to help them deal with the aftermath of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station tragedy. We are also grateful to our American partners who help us organise the delivery of food and other supplies.

So far, FC Dynamo Kyiv and the Surkis Brothers Foundation have already delivered about a thousand trucks of various aid items. We carefully consider all requests from both the military and civilians, as we help not only the Armed Forces but also all citizens affected by the full-scale Russian invasion.

We try to respond as quickly as possible to situations that occur in different parts of Ukraine. For example, when an enemy missile hit a hospital in Dnipro, our ambulance was one of the first to arrive at the scene, and the very next day after the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station tragedy, six trucks with drinking water were sent to the Kherson region. In the future, FC Dynamo Kyiv and the Surkis Brothers Foundation will continue to respond to all requests and help everyone in need as much as possible. We collect requests from the heads of military administrations, units of the Armed Forces and other people who need help.

The soldiers who received the food parcel thanked us for our help:

- "We thank the Surkis Brothers Foundation and Dynamo Football Club for their timely and useful assistance. Thank you for your efforts and support, it is really very important. We need everything now, we need to be united and go to victory together. To perform their combat missions, our soldiers need to be fully supported by the state and by volunteers and various organisations, for which we are very grateful.

Let's bring our victory closer together! Glory to Ukraine!
