Bus with SKA-Rostov players nearly collapses on Crimean bridge after explosion

SKA-Rostov players witnessed an explosion on the Crimean Bridge on the morning of Monday, 17 July.

It is known that explosions were heard on the Crimean Bridge, which is used by Russia to transfer military equipment and soldiers to the occupied territories of Ukraine.

At that time, SKA Rostov was returning from a match with Sevastopol, where the team played its first match in the second league of the Russian championship, which is prohibited by UEFA.

As a result of the explosion, part of the roadway collapsed, and the bus with the players almost fell through. The explosion was 200 metres ahead, and the bus was most likely forced to return to the temporarily occupied Crimea.
