- I think now is the right time to do it. There were a lot of injuries in the 2022/2023 season - this is the first time I've had this. My body is not as ready for heavy loads as it used to be. I could not play one hundred per cent of the matches in the UPL. I felt that I needed to take a step further. I didn't want to put the coaching staff and the management of Kryvbas under pressure. Sitting around, getting treatment and just earning money is not for me. I would never raise an arm or a leg to do that. Moreover, the club's management does so much for the team: in such a difficult time, when there is a war going on, they help us a lot, create excellent conditions, which deserves only applause. I felt that the time had come. That's why I made this difficult decision. I will help the first team as much as I can

Now I work in the coaching staff of Yuriy Vernydub. Back when I was playing football, I managed to take a course and get the appropriate licence. Now I will help the first team as much as I can. I have a lot of experience behind me and I think it will be very useful in the process of achieving good results in the next championship," Vitaliy was quoted as saying by Kryvbas' official website.

Виталий боец, в играх себя не жалел. Гены играют роль... Удачи в новом деле.
