Polish Raków, whose colours are defended by Ukrainian striker Vladyslav Kochergin, successfully overcame the 1st qualifying round of the Champions League.
The opponent of the Polish champion at this stage was Estonian Flora. The first match ended with a minimal victory of "Rakuv" - 1:0 (the only goal, it should be reminded, was scored by Kochergin), but in the return meeting, which took place yesterday in Tallinn, the Polish team left no chance to the opponent - 3:0.
Thus, on the sum of two matches "Rakuv" reached the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League. At this stage of the tournament Kochergin's team will play with the winner of the first qualification pair Lincoln Red Imps (Gibraltar) - Karabakh (Azerbaijan). The first match of the rivals ended with a 2:1 victory of the Azerbaijani champion.
