Viktor Vatsko: "There has never been such refereeing in Ukrainian football as it is now"

Journalist, commentator Viktor Vatsko has shared his views on refereeing in Ukrainian football.

"What is happening in refereeing now - two years ago there was no such thing. We forget everything very quickly. I watch the Ukrainian championship for very many years, every tour, almost all matches in the tour. Such a f***ing thing as now - there has never been in my life. Never. Never. 2020, season 2021/22, the first round - there was no such thing.

So what's happened now? I don't know, maybe the war had that effect, a full scale war. Maybe when everything is going great, everything is normal, stable, calm in the country - we don't pay attention to it, but we pay attention only when they had to show themselves in some way. Show their qualities, their talent, their managerial qualities when really needed," Vatsko said in an interview with Sport Arena TV.
