Sassuolo CEO Giovanni Carnevali has commented on Rogerio's failed transfer to Spartak Moscow.
"Why Rogerio did not transfer to Spartak Moscow? It happened for ethical reasons. We didn't want to get involved with the Russians. Rogerio is not on the transfer market. But if there are offers from clubs, we will study them," Carnevali said in comments to Goal.com.
