The first match of the second qualifying round of the Conference League between Balkani (Kosovo) and Larne (Northern Ireland) will be officiated by a Ukrainian refereeing team.

Denis Shurman

Denys Shurman will act as the chief referee. He will be assisted on the lines by Valentyn Kutsev and Dmytro Zaporozhenko. Dmytro Panchyshyn will act as the fourth referee.

The match will take place on 25 July at the Fadil Vokri Stadium in Pristina and will start at 21:45 Kyiv time. The return leg will take place on 3 August in Belfast.
