"It's difficult to anticipate anything in our matches against Dnipro 1," Panathinaikos head coach

Head coach of Greek Panathinaikos Ivan Jovanovic told what he expects from his team's first match against Dnipro 1 in the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League, which will take place tomorrow in Kosice.

"An important game between two strong teams awaits us and it will be a completely different level. It is difficult to anticipate anything and say what exactly will be on the pitch, but tomorrow you will see everything. We have prepared well and this preparation satisfied me. Tomorrow we will see what of our developments will be on the field and what we will apply.

In addition, I will say that we have not one, but two games ahead of us, from which we should get more benefit. We still have a match in Greece ahead and based on the results of the two games we should go further in the Champions League qualification.

It is logical that we studied Dnipro-1's matches in European competitions last season. We watched the matches against Apollon and AEK Larnaca. We watched how the opponents tried to win the championship in Ukraine, but, unfortunately, failed to do so. I believe that both teams know each other very well. "Dnipro 1 is a very good, balanced team with good organisation and a strong confrontation awaits us tomorrow," Jovanovic said at the pre-match press conference.
