CPR Cluj head coach Andrea Mandorlini commented on the signing of Ukrainian midfielder Yevhen Konoplyanka.
"Until today, I saw him in training only once. He trained separately. I think Konoplyanka's performance history speaks in his favour. What will happen next - I do not know, but he is a footballer who has played both well and not so well.
Konoplyanka wanted to stay in the game. I think Cluj is the right choice to get back in the game, but it's not easy to do it. I have a lot of good players in attack. He has to become what he was before," Mandorlini is quoted by ProSport as saying.
