Vitaliy Volochay, the commentator of Suspilny, MEGOGO and Setanta, gave a prediction on the final standings of the Ukrainian championship for the season 20223/24.

"I have no questions about the championship, and there is probably no point in explaining why Shakhtar. As for Dynamo, the team has strengthened a lot. Shaparenko and Brazhko are really three steps forward compared to last year. Plus, we should not underestimate Yarmolenko's playing qualities. In the UPL he will be able, and I am sure he will produce very good matches. The only problem of Dynamo - the defensive centre - is still unsolved, but it is not as big as strengthening the attack.

I put Dnipro-1 in third place, because the team, in my opinion, had the best offseason in terms of player signings inside the UPL.
