Head coach of Zhytomyr "Polesya" Yuri Kalitvintsev commented on the victory of his team over Rovno "Veres" (2:0) in yesterday's match of the 1st round of the Ukrainian championship.
"A lot of emotions. This is a historic game and victory for our club. Of course, it was difficult psychologically - hence such a large number of mistakes. But in this case the main thing is the result and positive emotions.
At the same time, I am fully satisfied with the first half in our performance. In general, our team can play even better. And the key to our victory today is in speed and game discipline. What we saw today is not bad. But we still need time," said Kalitvintsev after the match with Veres.
