Today has brought to the world several famous people who have closely linked their lives with football:

Mircea Lucescu (1945) is a former Romanian footballer who played as a striker. He is best known for his performances with Dinamo Bucharest.

He is the head coach of Dinamo. Earlier he managed the Romanian national team, Shakhtar Donetsk and other clubs. He is a multiple champion of Ukraine and winner of the Ukrainian Cup, as well as the Ukrainian Super Cup.

Graham Poll (1963) is a former football referee who finished his refereeing career. From 1993 to 2007 he officiated matches in the English Premier League. He is considered one of the best referees in the history of football. Famous for showing three yellow cards to Josip Šimunić in the World Cup match between Croatia and Australia, forgetting to dismiss the Croatian after the second caution.
