"Inter have not given up on the idea of formalising the transfer of Shakhtar Donetsk and Ukraine national team goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin.
The Italian club hopes that Shakhtar will lower the price tag on the 21-year-old goalkeeper. If this does not happen, Inter will sign Emil Audero from Sampdoria, and Trubin will be invited next summer as a free agent, reports Linterista. General manager Beppe Marotta is keen to sign the Ukrainian for free.
Earlier, the Nerazzurri offered 10 million euros for Trubin, as well as bonuses and interest on the subsequent sale. At the same time, the Pitmen want to earn at least €18 million.
