"Chelsea agree transfer of Monaco defender Disasi

"Chelsea is one step away from signing Monaco defender Axel Disasi, journalist David Ornstein reports on his Twitter page.

The London club has agreed the transfer of the 25-year-old footballer for €45 million. The deal will be officially closed in the near future. A personal contract with the French player has already been agreed.

Last season, Disasi played 49 matches for Monaco in all competitions, scoring six goals and providing four assists.
