UPL named Vanata and Lucescu the best player and the best coach of the 1st round of the Ukrainian championship

Ukrainian Premier League, having polled experts, determined the best player and the best coach of the 1st round of the championship of Ukraine season-2023/24, the matches of which were held last weekend.

The composition of the UPL expert council, which determines the best in the round, is as follows: Oleh Venglinsky, Ivan Getsko, Serhiy Nagornyak, Jozsef Sabo, Oleksandr Sopko, Oleh Fedorchuk, Anatoliy Chantsev, Igor Shukhovtsev, Stepan Yurchyshyn, Igor Yavorsky.

According to the voting results, the best in the 1st round were the representatives of Dynamo Kyiv - striker Vladislav Vanat and mentor of the Bilo-Syni Mircea Lucescu.

It should be noted that Vanat made a double in the match with Minai (4:1), and Dynamo managed to register the victory, having conceded the first goal in the opening match.
