Famous journalist Artem Frankov told what he expects from the return match of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League between Greek Panathinaikos and Dnipro-1. Recall, the first meeting of the rivals ended in defeat Dniproians with a score of 1:3.
"In the first match Panathinaikos beat our vice-champion on class - scored three goals with two shots on goal. In fact, the game was made by the Greeks' super-experienced left-back Juankar - two goal assists and an earned penalty, who played in our defence to the right of Miroshnichenko and failed to cope with his tutelage. As a consequence: the fate of the confrontation is almost decided, and here there is no need to feel any significant illusions and throw pathos slogans.
"Dnipro-1 showed little in attack in a nominally home game, although if Rubchinskiy scores at 0:1 - who knows, who knows... In general, there is a suspicion that Oleksandr Kucher's team should prepare for the Europa League matches with Slavia Prague and try to break through to the group stage at least there. In Athens, if anything will help, it will be a quick goal, but where will it come from - even against the background of rumours about the preparation of Dovbik's transfer to Girona, in the company of Tsygankov?!", - said Frankov.
