"Tottenham have signed Blackburn centre-back Ashley Phillips for £3 million.
Phillips has been in Blackburn's academy since the age of 12 and made his first-team debut in August 2022. In total, Phillips played eight games for Blackburn last season in the Championship, with another six in cup competitions.
At the international level, Phillips represents the England U-19 youth team. The 18-year-old Englishman's contract with Tottenham runs until 2028.
