71-year-old Italian coach Claudio Ranieri said that Cagliari will be the last team he will manage in his professional career.
At the same time, the Italian noted that he will change this decision if he receives an interesting offer from a national team.
- I have decided that Cagliari will be the last team I will coach. I would only make an exception for an intriguing national team, but I would emphasise that I am not a contender for the Italian national team. Yes, I plan to finish with Cagliari, but I don't know when," the specialist told La Repubblica.
Ranieri took charge of the Italian team earlier this year and helped return it to Serie A.
