Andres Iniesta joins club from UAE

The legendary Spanish midfielder Andrés Iniesta, who has played for the Japanese club Vissel Kobe for the past five seasons, has signed a deal with the Emirates team representing the UAE. This was reported by the club's press service on its official website.

The contract between the parties is valid until the summer of 2024. 39-year-old Iniesta spent 22 years with Barcelona, with whom he won 32 trophies. As part of the Spanish national team, for which Iniesta played 131 matches, the athlete won two European Championships and the World Cup. He also won two trophies with Japanese side Vissel Kobe.
