Dynamo Kyiv head coach Mircea Lucescu has appealed to Romanian fans to come to the Giulesti stadium tomorrow for his team's return match against Greek Aris in the 3rd qualifying round of the Conference League.
"This is the first time I play an official match with Dinamo on the territory of Romania. And it will be a difficult match. We will have to play again against a team of foreigners, not against Greeks, because Aris has only foreigners. And our team is made up of players brought up in Ukraine, in Ukrainian football academies.
It will be difficult. And that's why we need the support of the stands. I hope that there will be as many fans of Rapid, at whose stadium we play. I hope they will be present at the stadium in maximum numbers.
When I talk about our fans in the context of the upcoming match, I mean not only Ukrainians, and even not only Rapid fans, but all football fans in Romania. I hope it will be a pleasant and successful evening. But we need support," the Fanatik edition quoted Lucescu as saying.
