In the UEFA Europa League match at the Bolt Arena stadium, Helsinki's HEC met with Qarabag. The score was 1-1 at half-time, but Qarabag eventually won 1-2. Tenho was replaced by A. Halme in an attempt to strengthen the team's defence. Shortly before the half-time whistle "Karabakh" was awarded a penalty, which was successfully realised by T. Bayramov. Having levelled the score, "Qarabag" recovered its spirits before the break. At the same minute the player of HEK T. Keskinen received a yellow card. The second half started with quick substitutions.
T. Ollila replaced M. Peltola at HeK Helsinki, B. Mustafazada replaced B. Huseynov at Qarabag, and the third substitution was made by S. Hostikka, replacing A. Olusanya. On 56 minutes "Qarabag" took the lead when Y. Benzia scored a goal, putting his team ahead for the first time in the match. HEC tried to turn the tide of the match with two substitutions: in the 62nd minute G. Kanellopoulos replaced P. Hetemaja, and B. Radulovic replaced H. Bande. Bande. In the same minute, Karabakh made a second substitution: R. Ksiksha replaced Ju. Ksiksha replaced Juninho. In the 75th minute P. Hetemay received a yellow card, and both teams continued to make substitutions, trying to achieve the desired result. In the 79th minute N. Benziya was replaced by P. Andrade. Despite active actions of HEC Helsinki, in the end Karabakh won with the score 1:2. Both teams showed determination and skill throughout the match, making it an exciting encounter in the UEFA Europa League.
