Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola has shared his expectations for the English Premier League match against Newcastle in the 2nd round.
"This match will be a challenge for us. We are always overcoming difficulties. We always have less time to recover between games. No problem.
"Liverpool and Newcastle are one of the most physically strong teams, one of the most efficient teams in the Premier League right now. This is what defines great teams - how we compete with problems," Guardiola was quoted as saying by Goal.
Earlier, Pep complained that the Premier League did not move their match with Newcastle to another date due to the city's performance in the UEFA Super Cup.
