Former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry is close to taking charge of the French youth team.
According to Le Parisien, the appointment of the 46-year-old Frenchman will be announced on Monday, 21 August. Henri will replace Sylvain Ripoll, who left the team at the end of July.
As a reminder, Thierry Henry has worked with two clubs as a head coach. These were Monaco, from which Henri was fired during the 2018/2019 season, and Montreal Impact, which he left for family reasons after his first year of work.
