Torres received yellow cards for Alaves and Sevilla respectively. With seconds left in the match, Sevilla went on the attack in an attempt to equalise. The efforts bore fruit: in the 90th minute, R. Mir hit the net, creating a tense final situation. However, Sevilla failed to equalise and the match ended with a 4-3 victory for Alaves. The Alaves vs Sevilla match will go down in La Liga history as a thrilling encounter full of goals, drama and interesting substitutions.
