Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta commented on the 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace in the English Premier League matchday 2.
"I like to win in this way. The way we played the first half against a team that is difficult to play open football with. We dominated the game and did not concede anything. We had to play with ten men, but we managed to keep the goal in the minority. I am pleased with the way the team responded," Sky Sports quoted Arteta as saying.
It will be recalled that the Gunners' defender Takehiro Tomiyasu was sent off for two yellow cards, one of which he received for delaying the game.
