Chelsea midfielder Karni Chukwuemeka was injured in the 2nd round match of the English Championship against West Ham (1-3).
According to the London club's official website, the 19-year-old underwent surgery on his left knee on Monday evening. Now the Englishman will need more than six weeks to recover.
