As previously reported, Luhansk Zorya head coach Nenad Lalatovic announced his resignation after the 1-1 draw with Minaj in the Ukrainian league matchday 5. Here is the Serbian's speech at the press conference in full.
Nenad Lalatovich- It was very important to play in this heat. Before that, we had a difficult journey - from Ukraine to Poland, then to the Czech Republic, the game with Slavia, then to Slovakia and Uzhhorod.
We didn't manage to train yesterday. We had just started when we were told that the Avangard stadium was mined. We had to leave the training session. We had a lot of losses. Perhaps Rusyn was also killed. In addition, Matsapura, Danchenko Butko are injured. There are four players missing for Zorya to play at the same level as last year.
I needed a few fast players in the centre of the pitch. Then we would have been able to play more attacking football, like in Europe. When I arrived in Poland, there were only 13-14 players.
I did not meet expectations. I also expected more from myself. I really like the Ukrainian league. I am sure that if we had 20 players and those two players in the centre of the pitch at the training camp, we would have looked better. We would have been better prepared for the championship.
In five matches, we have 2 draws, 2 defeats and one win. I will probably retire from Ukrainian football. I will talk to the president. I have earned three salaries at the club, but I want to show that I am a man with a capital M. I will take only one salary. I did not come to Ukraine for money. I love Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. I will be with you to the end.

This team is weaker than Zorya's last year. Guerrero and Rusyn did not play some of the matches, Butko and Danchenko were injured.
I need to leave Ukraine. Maybe I will return in the future. I am sure that I could have done better if I had a full squad of players at once. We will talk to the president. I am also dissatisfied with the result and what I did. Perhaps they will find a new coach, and maybe I will find a new team in Ukraine.
