According to the source, Garcia gave a preliminary agreement to lead Dnipro-1, but then changed his decision because of the recent Russian shelling of the bus station in Dnipro. There is a high probability that if the team does not reach the group stage of the Conference League, he will move from Uzhgorod to Dnipro.
