FIFA intends to impose tough sanctions on the president of the Spanish Football Federation Luis Rubiales for his scandalous kiss on the lips with the star of the national team Jenny Hermoso.

According to the Daily Mail, FIFA intends to seek a full suspension of Rubiales from football for 15 years, banning him from any activity related to the sport.

Note that 15 years is the maximum allowable term in this situation. So far, FIFA has suspended Rubiales for 90 days, opening a disciplinary case under the article "Offensive behaviour and violation of the principles of fair play".
